Account information (name, email) when you sign up; the content of websites you submit for crawling, which becomes your chatbot's knowledge base; conversation transcripts between your chatbot and its visitors; and billing information, handled directly by Stripe — we never see full card numbers.
To operate your chatbot (generating answers, flagging gaps in its knowledge), to bill your subscription, and to improve the product. We don't sell your data.
We rely on Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (chat responses), Google (embeddings), and Stripe (billing) to operate the service. Each processes data under their own privacy terms.
We retain your account and chatbot data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and export your chatbot's knowledge base and conversation history, by contacting us.
