ChatCrawl lets you create an AI chatbot from your website's content and embed it on your site. Plans and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Don't use ChatCrawl to crawl or serve content you don't have the right to use, to build a chatbot for illegal purposes, or to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent our infrastructure.
You retain ownership of the website content you submit and the conversations your chatbot has. You're responsible for having the right to use any content you submit for crawling.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Chatbot responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing your bot's knowledge base and how it's used. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
